Choose the Right Rope Length
- 3 Meters: Select this if your height is up-to 183 cm
- 3.5 Meters: Select this if your height is more than 183 cm
Return Policy
- No Returns – We do not accept returns unless a factory defect is discovered upon order receipt.
- Eligibility – Defects must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order and your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging.
Delivery Policy
- Orders are shipped and delivered within 4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During busy periods or holidays, shipping may take up to 7 business days.
- Courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If the customer does not answer or repeatedly reschedules, the order will be automatically canceled after the third attempt.
- Customers cannot open the package upon delivery. If you need to inspect your order before accepting it, please notify us in advance. An additional 10 EGP fee will be applied for this service.
